
博士毕业于哈尔滨工业大学生物医学工程专业,后于澳门大学中华医药研究所从事博士后研究。现为珠海科技学院生命科学学院专任教师。参与科研项目3项。累计发表学术论文15篇,其中第一作者/通讯作者发表SCI论文8篇,影响因子>10分四篇,中文核心期刊论文2篇。
研究方向:聚焦肿瘤纳米免疫治疗与肿瘤免疫微环境重塑:开发肿瘤微环境响应性智能纳米递送系统(pH/GSH/ROS/酶等),协同诱导铜死亡、铁死亡等新型细胞死亡以增强免疫原性并克服免疫逃逸;结合代谢调控(如胆固醇)、自噬干预及免疫检查点调节促进“冷肿瘤”向“热肿瘤”转化,并采用单细胞测序等高维免疫分析解析作用机制;探索中药活性成分与CRISPR等技术在纳米医学中的交叉转化应用。
