博士,珠海科技学院生命科学学院教师。本科毕业于中国矿业大学化工学院精细化工专业,硕士毕业于华东师范大学化学系有机化学专业,博士毕业于香港浸会大学化学系有机化学专业。先后在中国科学院上海有机化学研究所,澳门科技大学中药质量研究国家重点实验室,安锐生物医药科技(广州)有限责任公司从事研究工作。主要研究领域为小分子药物的设计和合成。参与研发的CDK2选择性抑制剂正在中美等地申请临床实验。先后完成了对小檗碱、蝙蝠葛碱、西红花酸、强心苷Uscharin、银杏内酯B等天然产物的结构改造,合成过crisaborole(特异性皮炎), albenazine(成人迟发性运动障碍患者的药物)等药物类似物。参与多项国家自然基金及澳门科学技术发展基金。发表了学术论文19篇,其中SCI18篇。申请国际专利1项,美国专利2项(已授权1项),澳大利亚专利3项(已授权),国内专利7项。
